British American Tobacco Australia believes that underage people should not consume tobacco products and will continue to work to ensure that our business practices do not undermine efforts to combat underage smoking.
On 1 July 2009 new laws came into force regarding the sale and display of tobacco products in New South Wales. Some aspects of the new laws are effective now, but others will be phased in over the coming years.
